Dr. Bernasha holds a 200-hour certification in Integrative and Holistic Yoga from Stanford’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She lovingly shares the practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation with organizations during wellness retreats and workshops, and gently weaves them into therapy sessions when they feel supportive for clients.
In retreats and workshops, she guides participants through nourishing breath practices, grounding meditations, and somatic embodiment exercises that invite healing and empower individuals in their personal journeys. Within therapy, she integrates breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and mindful movement when requested, offering clients simple yet powerful tools to ease stress, release tension, and find balance. These practices create space for healing not only of the mind, but also of the body and spirit.
